Defense attorney Robert Draskovich said was concerned over a lack of police recordings showing investigators early interactions with Robert Telles following reporter Jeff German’s killing.
A woman was found stabbed to death in the southwest valley.
Robert Telles made the allegation as part of his effort to have judge removed from his case.
The stabbing occurred just before 2 a.m. Nov. 11 on the 400 block of Harvard Street.
