A judge rejected a motion from former Clark County Public Administrator Robert Telles on Thursday to have the judge overseeing his murder case removed.
Robert Telles is expected to argue during a court hearing on Thursday that a judge should recuse herself from overseeing his murder case because she has not acted impartially.
Former Clark County Public Administrator Robert Telles has practiced mostly civil and probate law since graduating from Boyd Law School in 2014.
The former Clark County public administrator is representing himself in connection with the killing of Las Vegas Review-Journal investigative reporter Jeff German.
