A Las Vegas man pleaded guilty Tuesday to killing his roommate, whose body was found partially dismembered and stuffed in a recycling bin nearly two years ago.
More than two years ago, the Nevada Supreme Court overturned former death row inmate Thomas Randolph’s original 2017 conviction.
Carlos Figueroa was sentenced to life in prison with the possibility of parole after 25 years for killing his girlfriend and the mother of his young daughter.
