The Las Vegas Raiders owner was among those in attendance at the grand opening of Circa.
George Maloof said of “Uncle” Phil Maloof: “He was a great man who loved his dogs and his collection of classic cars, art, and theater pipe organs.”
“I can tell you, the first thing that I promised to have happen, is I’m going to feed all the workers and a plus-one a steak dinner on the floor of that stadium,” he said.
