Police were called Monday to the 1100 block of Pearl Avenue at 3 p.m. in east Las Vegas, where they found a man suffering from apparent blunt force trauma.
Brandon Dixon, 41, died of a gunshot wound to the chest, according to the Clark County coroner’s office, which ruled his death a homicide.
Las Vegas police are searching for three people who they say tampered with a rail car and caused $80,000 in damage.
