The COVID-19 testing site at Cashman Center is closing at noon on Friday so that Clark County health officials can increase the capacity to administer vaccine at the site.
Gov. Steve Sisolak said Thursday it’s still too early to know when the state’s COVID-19 shutdown orders could be lifted or when businesses could start to reopen their doors. He also praised Nevadans for staying at home and saving lives.
The Southern Nevada Health District on Monday also reported 19 new cases, bringing the county’s total to 35, and raised the risk of contracting the virus to “moderate.”
