Work will begin soon on the 35,000-square-foot meetings and convention space for the downtown resort, with the first customers expected in September.
Circa owner Derek Stevens joked that because his new downtown resort was expensive to build, he couldn’t afford to put in an arcade.
Derek Stevens still has a few surprises up his sleeve for next year, but for now, progress on the 44-story, 777-room resort is on time for its December 2020 opening.
