Not wanting to leave anything to chance, Lincoln County pre-signed a declaration of emergency Monday to prepare for apossible surge of visitors to the desolate area ahead of a pair of events tied to the “Storm Area 51” phenomenon .
Officials from Lincoln and Nye counties where proposed “Storm Area 51” events would occur are bracing for the possible impacts the influx of visitors will have on the areas.
