A defense lawyer in the Bunkerville standoff case has filed court papers seeking to toss out evidence obtained against his client by undercover “law enforcement agents” posing as a video production crew.

Nevada rancher Cliven Bundy, his sons Ammon and Ryan, and two others were indicted by a federal grand jury in Las Vegas on Wednesday in connection with the April 2014 armed standoff with law enforcement in Bunkerville.
