The Shade Tree has embarked on an extensive renovation project at the North Las Vegas shelter. While the renovation effort has many sponsors and partners, its main catalyst comes from a $1.5 million donation from Wynn Las Vegas.
The new center at 741 S. Rainbow Dr. will join two previous locations at 3700 S. Maryland Parkway and 3345 E. Tropicana Ave. in providing expanded services, thanks to $1.4 million grant from the U.S. Department of Labor.
