Braxton Wehrle’s two-out single to center field in the bottom of the eighth inning plated Bryce Ruggeroli with the winning run as Bishop Gorman’s baseball team rallied in both the seventh and eighth innings to edge visiting Shadow Ridge 7-6 on Tuesday.
Zach Murphy drew a bases-loaded walk to force home Austin Wishard with the winning run with one out in the bottom of the seventh inning Friday as Boulder City’s baseball team rallied for a 5-4 win over visiting Spring Valley.
Winning pitcher Jacob Cruz singled home Demario Barnes with the winning run with one out to cap a three-run bottom of the seventh inning and lift Valley’s baseball team to a 6-5 victory over visiting Canyon Springs.
Peyton Koopman fired a five-inning perfect game on Monday as Boulder City’s baseball team beat visiting Virgin Valley, 10-0.
Chayse Baker led off the bottom of the seventh inning with a triple and scored the winning run one out later on a single by Anthony Guzman as the Rancho baseball team outlasted visiting Liberty 13-12 on Thursday.
Drake Maningo was 2-for-3 with a double, a triple, two RBIs and two runs as Green Valley’s baseball team edged visiting Rancho 5-4 on Tuesday.
Winning pitcher Justin Lutes went 2-for-4 with a run Wednesday as the Liberty baseball team rallied from an early four-run deficit to beat host Foothill 8-5 in a Division I Sunrise League game.
Ethan Ryan threw a five-inning perfect game Monday to lead the Basic baseball team to a 10-0 road victory over Valley.
Steve Wagner tossed a three-hitter, and the Boulder City baseball team shut out host Chaparral 6-0 on Friday to take over sole possession of first place in the Division I-A Sunrise League.
Matt Gilbertson tossed a five-hitter and drove in the go-ahead run in the bottom of the sixth inning as host Green Valley defeated top-ranked Basic 2-1 on Wednesday.
Boulder City scored four runs on just one hit in the top of the eighth inning Monday and the Eagles held off host Sierra Vista, 9-6.
