De’Shawn Eagles hit a buzzer-beating putback to lift the Basic boys basketball team to a home win over Boulder City on Monday, 42-41.
Niara Smith had 17 points Monday to lead the Cimarron-Memorial girls basketball team to a 46-43 home victory over Palo Verde.
Geoff Faries connected on five 3-pointers and finished with 17 points as Basic’s boys basketball team held on for a 64-61 win over visiting Chaparral on Thursday.
