Christian Marshall returned to running back after being injured in a season-opening loss and will carry a streak of five consecutive games with at least 100 rushing yards into Friday’s Class 4A Sunset Region semifinal against top-ranked Bishop Gorman.

Gorman’s ground game too much for Palo Verde in Sunset quarterfinals

Tate Martell and Biaggio Ali Walsh ran for a combined 336 yards and seven touchdowns Thursday to lead Gorman’s football team to a 59-0 rout of visiting Palo Verde in a Class 4A Sunset Region quarterfinal game.
