UNLV fans who saw the game against Northern Colorado got their win, but there definitely was a lot of negativity to take note of.
The wide receiver spotted the quarterback holding the football. He instinctively knew what to do. He ran a post pattern, accelerating at full speed — or what seemed like it, at least.
There once was a song about this place, about Arizona, that said it must belong to San Francisco. That it must have lost its way. That it believes in Robin Hood and brotherhood and colors of green and gray.
Perhaps the next time MAACO Bowl Las Vegas executive director Tina Kunzer-Murphy extends an invitation to new UNLV football coach Bobby Hauck it will be for something a little different.
