Police have arrested a second man on a murder charge in connection with a fatal North Las Vegas shooting in April, according to an arrest report released Tuesday.

The alleged shooter had not been arrested and the scene remained “active,” police said.
Vladimir Pourett, 22, faces charges of open murder, attempted murder and battery with a deadly weapon, according to jail records.
He was James Wagner, 59. He died of a gunshot wound to the chest, and his death was ruled a homicide.
