Gerald Polk is being held at the Henderson Detention Center on charges of murder, possessing narcotics for sale and possessing a firearm by prohibited person.A body was found at an apartment complex near East Warm Springs Road and Center Street.

Henderson police are calling the deaths of the 55-year-old man and 54-year-old woman an apparent murder-suicide after the bodies were found with gunshot wounds.
