While on the Strip late Saturday night, Ronald Balogh and his mother found themselves in the midst of an apparent threat as a sea of people started to rush toward them, repeatedly yelling “shooter!”
Las Vegas police said they responded about 11:15 p.m. in the 2300 block of Paseo Del Prado, near Sahara Avenue and Rancho Drive, where two men were shot, according to Las Vegas police.
Man identified as Jadie Hall Jr., a 39-year-old North Las Vegas resident.

The alleged shooter had not been arrested and the scene remained “active,” police said.

A grand jury last week indicted Lee Wilson on 12 counts of of attempted murder, two counts of discharging a gun from or within a structure or vehicle and one count of being a felon in possession of a weapon, records show.
Metropolitan Police Department Brian Boxler said the shooting occurred about 11:20 a.m. at 955 E. Twain Ave., near Cambridge Street.
“There were disco lights at the time, but we didn’t see disco lights at all when the shooting (started),” Darshelle McMillan told the Review-Journal on Tuesday from her husband’s hospital room.
