A man “willfully and deliberately with premeditation” opened fire during services on Sunday at a Mormon church in Northern Nevada, killing one man and wounding the victim’s brother, according to an indictment unsealed Wednesday.

Police in the rural northern Nevada town of Fallon were trying to determine why a 48-year-old man opened fire inside his Mormon church on Sunday, killing one man and injuring another.
