A Las Vegas man was acquitted of charges that the Bureau of Land Management officers used to justify a questionable fatal police shooting last year in the desert northwest of Las Vegas.

A 22-year-old man was arrested and charged with murder after he allegedly shot and killed a 37-year-old man at a North Las Vegas residence in February.
The FBI released 600 pages of documents related to its Las Vegas mass shooting investigation, but the names of nearly everyone involved were redacted.
The shooting happened on the 4800 block of East Tropicana Avenue just after 1:30 a.m. Sunday.
