The 70-year-old man fatally shot outside his southeast Las Vegas home on Sunday night was killed after an altercation at a bar, according to a recently released arrest report.

Police were called to the Reno Villas apartments, 5055 Jeffreys St., at 10:30 p.m. Friday after ShotSpotter technology detected gunshots.
Officers were called to the 4400 block of East Bennett Drive around 6:36 p.m. Sunday and found the man suffering from a gunshot wound to the chest.
Police were investigating two separate homicides in Las Vegas on Sunday night.
Phillip Semper, 26, of Las Vegas died of multiple gunshot wounds and his death was ruled a homicide, the Clark County coroner’s office said.
Detectives believe he was visiting a relative at the complex when he got into an argument with the relative’s roommate, police have said.
As of Wednesday afternoon, police said there was no suspect information and no known motive.
