Taylor Okamura singled home Erica Hardy with the winning run in the bottom of the seventh inning Friday, as Coronado’s softball team edged visiting Rancho 2-1 to remain undefeated in the Class 4A Sunrise League.
Ryann Reese scored on Jordan Moorhead’s bunt single with one out in the bottom of the seventh to give Boulder City’s softball team a 3-2 victory over visiting Tech on Friday.
Sadie Christian went 2-for-3 with two doubles and two RBIs, and Skylar Glaude was 2-for-4 with a double and and two RBIs to lead Foothill’s softball team to a 9-4 victory over visiting Rancho on Monday.
Madelynn Kennedy went 2-for-3 with a double and two RBIs to lead Cheyenne’s softball team to a 6-4 win at Chaparral on Thursday.
Jordan Stinnett hit a tiebreaking two-run double in the top of the sixth inning, and Basic’s softball team defeated host Green Valley 8-6 on Wednesday.
