Kaitlyn Horstdaniel and Samantha Taylor each homered in a five-run seventh inning that lifted the Las Vegas softball team to a 9-5 win at Silverado on Wednesday.
Jordan Egan went 4-for-5 with three doubles as the Pahrump Valley softball team outlasted host Western, 7-4 in eight innings.
Winning pitcher Skylar Gorrell was 2-for-4 with a double and two RBIs, and the Las Vegas High softball team rallied from a 5-2 sixth-inning deficit to earn an 11-7 win at Green Valley on Monday.
Alyssa Spencer went 2-for-3 with two RBIs Saturday to help the Legacy softball team to a 6-4 win over Faith Lutheran in the championship game of the Colorado River Invitational in Needles, California.
