Putting the franchise tag on Josh Jacobs could allow the Raiders another year to see if his production dips and by how much at a position not known for longevity.

As soon as the Super Bowl ends Sunday, the clock will begin ticking for next year’s game at Allegiant Stadium. And don’t forget about the NCAA Tournament and Formula One.
It’s a good thing for the Raiders that Brady has retired, given the regression seen in his game this past season.
