Road rage might have led a man to get out of a taxicab and lay down on Las Vegas Boulevard, police said. Traffic is backed up at the intersection of Las Vegas Boulevard and Flamingo Road because of a man who exited a taxicab and lay in the street, Metro spokesman Michael Rodriguez said.
