A Las Vegas-based rock climber scaled the exterior of the Aria on Tuesday in protest of the state’s latest COVID-19 mask mandates for indoor public areas.

“I think it demonstrates as much as anything does that their heart is where it ought to be as we work on this,” Clark County Commissioner Jim Gibson said of MGM Resorts International.
“This is an interesting walk down memory lane that I think I denied myself for a long time,” said the former agent, who led the FBI’s Las Vegas office in 2001.
The latest Nevada lawsuit fits a pattern of sexual harassment allegations that have surfaced in recent years against the well-known sports entertainment company.
