Members from the local basketball community are paying tribute to Valley High School boys basketball coach Kevan Wilkins, who died Saturday at 60.

Valley sophomore guard Kevan Wilkins scored 27 points to lead the Vikings to a 70-63 home win over Legacy Tuesday night. The Vikings are in sole possession of first place of the 4A Mountain League.
Valley senior point guard Nakalayah Fabello scored 29 points and surpassed 1,000 career points in an 82-76 win over Shadow Ridge last Wednesday.
