Henderson mayor, councilwoman face ethics complaint

Debra March largely focused on government transparency during her campaign for mayor of Henderson.

Now, less than three months after taking the reigns of the city, an ethics complaint accuses March and Councilwoman Gerri Schroder of failing to comply with transparency rules.
