Las Vegas police have busted a fake marijuana store. Elevate Medical Pharmacy never had a license to sell, according to police. Clayton Bernard, 36, was arrested on suspicion of illegally selling marijuana, a felony. Bernard told police that Elevate “had nothing to do with marijuana sales.” He also said he did not understand his rights because he wasn’t a U.S. citizen and was trying to start his own country.
