LVCVA boss withheld ex-Mayor Goodman’s contracts from board

Ex-Las Vegas Mayor Oscar Goodman has served as the LVCVA’s chief tourism ambassador since 2011. But LVCVA boss Rossi Ralenkotter has not brought Goodman’s contract extensions to the agency’s board for approval since 2013. Someone found guilty of the former charge who knew the fluid could contain a communicable disease could be sentenced to life in prison with the possibility of parole after 10 years.
