In October 2017, 62-year-old David Rathbun was reported missing by family members and later found deceased in Arizona. Dr. S. Jay Hazan, a World War II Army veteran, was arrested in November after he caused a ruckus at the VA Hospital in North Las Vegas and stole his driver’s car keys.
