Suspected driver in crash that killed Las Vegas teens out of jail

The suspected drunken driver in the crash that killed three Las Vegas students in California has been released from police custody. Jail records show Bani Duarte was released from police custody Sunday morning. Duarte rear-ended a car full of teenagers stopped at a red light early Thursday morning, resulting in the death of three. She is accused of driving under the influence and vehicular manslaughter. A vigil was held Tuesday night at Centennial Hills High School to remember the teens.
