Clark County School District officials have crafted a policy that spells out how teachers should interact with students on social media. It also requires volunteers who have regular or unsupervised contact with students to undergo fingerprinting and background checks. Development of the policy follows a series of sexual misconduct cases involving teachers and other district employees and students. Parents were infuriated.
