Evergreen showcased at Skye Canyon

Pulte Homes will hold its grand opening of Evergreen at Skye Canyon at 11 a.m. Aug. 1. Four all-new model homes will be available to tour, and visitors also will get an exclusive first look at the new Skye Canyon master plan, developed by Southern Highland's Olympia Cos.

Excitement has been building around Skye Canyon in recent months as the model parks have broken ground in Las Vegas' newest master plan. Located between the bright lights of The Strip and Mount Charleston, the 1,700-acre community will epitomize outdoor living for its residents, with an extensive hiking and biking trail system, swim center with splash park and sports fields. Additionally, residents will enjoy a community garden and local farmer's market, yoga and exercise pavilions. As one of the first neighborhoods to open at Skye Canyon, homeowners at Evergreen will relish in the best location in the master plan, immediately adjacent to Skye Center, the community's central recreation amenity.

Pulte's Life Tested features include Everyday Entries with drop zones for things like backpacks, shoes and outerwear, while washers and dryers are relocated to dedicated laundry spaces. Additionally, oversized pantries offer more room for bulk groceries and easy access to items used every day, while open living areas create more usable space where homeowners spend the most time.
