Shea Homes at Ardiente to open new models

Known for its innovative approach to design, deep American architectural roots and authentic lifestyle, Shea Homes at Ardiente is celebrating the model grand opening of another floor plan, the Capri.

Las Vegas homebuyers are invited to attend the grand opening Sept. 12-13 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Guests will be treated to a variety of culinary plates and refreshments while enjoying live music.

Flexibility defines the Capri, with 2,444 square feet designed to maximize living space. It has two bedrooms, den, loft and a three-car garage. The great room blends seamlessly into the kitchen, which is equipped with a buffet set-up for flawless hosting.

And, if you want to dine alfresco, the floor plan features a covered patio with enough space to take the party outside or enjoy a cocktail amid a cool desert evening.

After a long night of entertaining, homeowners can retreat to the master suite with a large soaking tub and a glass-enclosed shower.

The Capri model is also equipped with a SmartSpace, which is a highly functional area of the home that the homebuyer can transform to meet their needs. Buyers typically make these areas small workspace, a gift-wrapping room, laundry area or general storage.

"The Capri model has been a buyer favorite across the country, and the design fits perfectly into our home portfolio," said Kyle Tibbitts, general manager for Ardiente. "First and foremost, it's beautifully designed. Walking through it, you can feel the attention to detail, and the overall layout is incredibly inviting."

The Capri model has made its home within the Portofino Collection. The popular Shea3-D Refresh model is also part of this collection. With three designs to choose from per plan, homebuyers decide which layout best fits their unique lifestyle and can select between Kitchen-, Entertainment- or Outdoor-centric designs.

For homebuyers who are ready to make a move now, Ardiente has a number of move-in-ready designer homes available. From the Monaco to the Nice, these homes feature designer finishes and are ready for buyers to start enjoying the next chapter of life right away.
