Century Communities to open four communities in Las Vegas Valley by end of year

Don Boettcher, division president of Century Communities, said the national homebuilder plans to open four additional neighborhoods in the Las Vegas Valley by the end of the year. He added the company has more planned for 2016.

Meanwhile, Century Communities rolls out its Fall Sales Event. During the next five weeks, the homebuilder will offer special pricing on move-in ready homes at all five of the company's local new-home neighborhoods.

"The Fall Sales Event is an opportunity for homebuyers to purchase a quality home in a desirable community at a very attractive price," said Ryan Soucie, sales director at Century Communities. "Depending on the home and community selected, potential buyers could save up to $20,000 in options or closing costs during this limited-time promotion."

This offer is available on select homes throughout the valley including Rhodes Ranch, Westmont and Redstone in southwest Las Vegas, Tuscany Village in Henderson and Cambria in North Las Vegas.

Featured at Tuscany Village are single-story, immediate move-in homes with landscaped backyards or newly designed single-story homes situated on the lush, championship golf course. Tuscany Village is one of two Century Communities' master-planned golf course communities. As a resident of this exclusive area, you'll enjoy 24-hour guard gated security, a multimillion-dollar recreation center with private fitness facility, and resort-style pool and spa with cabanas and shaded lounge areas.

Plan 2229, a name which reflects its square footage, is available at three different Century Communities' neighborhoods at special move-in-ready pricing. This two-story floor plan highlights a downstairs bedroom suite with full bath. The kitchen includes granite countertops and oversized island, maple cabinetry and stainless steel appliances. The owner's suite and two secondary bedrooms are upstairs with the conveniently located laundry room and three of the four bedrooms include walk-in closets.

Several of the builder's homes at each community will ready for immediate move-in and others are scheduled for completion throughout October, November and December, Soucie said.
