I see in the Wednesday Review-Journal that the president wants the Pentagon to stage a military parade complete with tanks in Washington.
I am reminded of all the films from Nazi Germany in which Hitler proudly showed off his military, complete with tanks on parade. Do we really want to resemble Nazi Germany?
