From what I hear and read, President Donald Trump is making progress in getting North Korea to suspend its nuclear weapons program. Can anybody tell me just one action taken by President Barack Obama during his eight years in office to coerce North Korea to do what it is currently doing?
By the way, what was the justification for President Obama being awarded the Nobel Peace Prize only months after becoming president?
