Helping those in Las Vegas who are down on their luck

Your Friday article “Homeless project grows” was informative. Folks down on their luck certainly should get help. I’m all for it.

With the exception of a reference to a “range of services,” however, the story focused on the facility. While secure shelter is important, I want to know: What plans are in the works to motivate these folks to pull themselves up and be responsible for their own welfare?
