Sixth inning dooms Bulls
Wilkinson (Wash.) rallied for six runs in the bottom of the sixth Thursday to top the Southern Nevada Bulls of Arbor View High 6-3 in the Connie Mack Western Regional baseball tournament in Bellevue, Wash.
The Bulls led 3-0 entering the sixth before the Wilkinson rally. Southern Nevada dropped to 0-2 in the tournament and was eliminated from contention for the tournament title.
Sam Pastrone was 2-for-3 with a double and two RBIs and also struck out seven in 5 2/3 innings for the Bulls, who play Mudville (Wash.) at 6 p.m. Friday in a consolation game.
