Urias helps Virgin Valley top Boulder City

Virgin Valley's Humberto Urias passed for two touchdowns and ran for one as the Bulldogs (5-1, 1-0 3A Southern League) defeated host Boulder City (3-4, 0-1) 29-0 on Friday.

Urias scored on a 16-yard run in the first quarter and threw TD passes of 28 and 42 yards to Daniel Gleave. Dee Bowler added a 28-yard TD run.

Urias ran for 52 yards, and completed 5 of 11 passes for 96 yards. Bowler ran for 62 yards.

For Boulder City, senior Joe Woodbury rushed for 44 yards.
