Den of rattlesnakes snatch man’s GoPro — VIDEO

A Montana man had a brush with danger while attempting to film a den of rattlesnakes with his GoPro camera.

Michael J. Delaney was exploring when he came across a den of rattlesnakes, he posted on Facebook. In order to film footage of the snakes up close, he stuck his Go Pro right in the pit of snakes.

After allowing Michael to film several seconds of uninterrupted footage, the snakes appear to get agitated with the camera and start to aggressively lunge at it.  A few attempts to strike the GoPro later and the snakes finally manage to snatch the camera and drag it down into their pit. Michael was eventually able to retrieve the stolen camera by using a hockey stick to fish it out.

In order to use the GoPro again, he said had to clean venom off of the camera, FOX 8 reportsCheck it out above.
