LETTER: Nevada brings up the rear on ACT scores

In Thursday’s Review-Journal it was reported that Nevada students were dead last in ACT scores. Coming in last is not easy. So maybe we should give the teachers raises and bonuses and the superintendent a $75,000 raise and contract extension. Oh, wait, we already did.
