A dead man was found on the Strip near the Stratosphere on Wednesday, according to Las Vegas police.
Metro responded at 11:27 a.m. to a call from the intersection of Las Vegas Boulevard South and St. Louis Avenue, where the body was lying on the sidewalk, spokeswoman officer Laura Melzer said.
First responders requested the coroner, Meltzer said.
Police don't believe the death is suspicious, Meltzer said. She did not provide further details.
The dead man has not been identified.
An RTC bus stop at Las Vegas Boulevard South and St. Louis Avenue was shut down after the man's body was discovered, Meltzer said.
