Pardee’s Solano adds new model-home

Pardee Homes has added a new Residence One model home at its Solano neighborhood in the master-planned Inspirada community in Henderson, where it is among six model homes featured in the builder’s Solano and Alterra collections.

“Between our Alterra and Solano collections at Inspirada, we offer floor plans that range from 2,187 to 4,165 square feet with up to six bedrooms and Pardee’s exclusive optional GenSmart Suite for multigenerational living,” Pardee Homes’ Regional Sales Manager Rob Tuvell said.

Solano at Inspirada is a collection of two-story homes ranging from 2,187 to 2,433 square feet with up to four bedrooms and three baths with covered patios or outdoor rooms. Prices start from $297,950.

Alterra at Inspirada is a collection of two-story homes ranging from 3,227 to 4,165 square feet with up to six bedrooms and four-and-a-half baths. Prices start from $454,950. For more information, call 702-604-3332.

The new Solano Residence One model home measures 2,187 square feet with three bedrooms, 2½ baths, den, loft, walk-in pantry and two-bay garage. Optional features include a covered patio/outdoor room and optional fourth bedroom and third bath.

Tuvell said floor plans at Solano and Alterra offer flexibility for buyer customization, including optional covered patio or outdoor room with glider, office, loft, den, game room and formal dining room options, and the GenSmart Suite option.

Pardee’s award-winning LivingSmart program for greener living is included in Alterra and Solano homes, offering more than 30 standard and optional features that boost energy efficiency, save water, improve indoor air quality and encourage the use of sustainable resources.

To reach the Pardee neighborhoods from St. Rose Parkway, head south on Executive Airport Drive which becomes Via Inspirada south of Volunteer Boulevard. Continue south on Via Inspirada, which becomes Bicentennial Parkway. Turn right on Via Firenze and follow the signs to the model homes.
