Solving the homeless and panhandling problem in Las Vegas is actually quite simple. Take a page from the Trump administration’s ability to solve the border crisis. All they did was enforce existing laws, and the border was magically closed. Enforce Nevada Revised Statutes regarding vagrancy (207.030). Problem solved.
