LETTER: Trump using emergency powers to override the Constitution

Hooray for Rich Lowry (“Housing a problem, not an emergency,” Sept. 7 Review-Journal).

He finally wrote an column that is not only honest but places the blame right where it belongs: on Donald Trump. I could not agree more that Mr. Trump and his cronies are misusing the definition of “national emergency” to override the Constitution.
