ATM robbery suspect’s brother arrested in North Las Vegas
The brother of an ATM robbery suspect was arrested by North Las Vegas police Tuesday night.
Diego Rodriguez, 18, was picked up by police in connection with a robbery on May 5 at a ATM on North Rancho Drive near Desert Inn Road.
Rodriguez’s older brother, Nestor, was arrested on Monday night and charged with two felonies related to the case.
The brothers were identified from surveillance photos taken during the robbery, in which two men approached a 45-year-old woman in a vehicle at an ATM and demanded she give them the cash she had just withdrawn, according to police.
Rodriguez was charged with one count of robbery and one count of conspiracy to commit robbery.
