Mandarin Express appreciates your healthy lifestyle and lists major nutritional information (calories, sodium, fat, fiber, protein) alongside each delicious dish. Entrees include Szechwan chicken with hot garlic, ginger onion beef, salt and pepper pork chop, Hunan beef, Kung Pao squid, honey chicken, sweet and sour shrimp, orange chicken, moo goo gai pan, shrimp with lobster sauce and vegetarian plates such as Mandarin string beans, Buddha's Delight, fried tofu with vegetables and eggplant with tofu. Signature dishes include Mandarin chicken, walnut shrimp, Happy Family (beef, chicken, shrimp, scallops, crab) and mapo tofu with pork, veggies, mushrooms and ginger in savory hot sauce. There is chop suey, lo mein, teriyaki bowls, curry bowls, salads (sesame shrimp, chicken), egg foo yong, fried rice, soup (hot and sour, vegetable, wor wonton) and noodle dishes such as chicken, beef or barbecue pork chow fun, Singapore noodles and Hong Kong-style crispy noodles. Appetizers include pot stickers, barbecue spare ribs, salt and pepper chicken wings and butterfly shrimp. Lunch plates ($5.99) are served from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Entrees begin at $7.99.
