Share Funny Tales

It seems most of us have them -- memories of those experiences when we tried to entertain but ended up with a less-than-stellar performance. Humiliating at the time, they can be downright hilarious in retrospect.

If this applies to you, we've extended the deadline (in case something happened over the Thanksgiving holiday) to enter our Winter Blunderland contest of funny tales linked to entertaining. You now have until Tuesday.

We'll publish a selection of these brief stories in an upcoming edition and online. We'll have a drawing for a cooking-related prize as added enticement to participate.

Email your stories to Hrinella@review journal.com (put "Winter Blunderland" in the subject line) or fax them to 383-4676. Include your name, city of residence and a daytime phone number.
