Connie Stevens a blast from past

She is better remembered for TV and movies, from "Hawaiian Eye" to "Grease 2." But Connie Stevens was from an era when every star had a nightclub act, and so she was able to parlay "Kookie, Kookie (Lend Me Your Comb)" into a durable side career.

The 72-year-old born Concetta Ingolia shares her Riviera stage with another blast from Vegas past, impressionist John Byner. Yell loud enough and he just might do Dracula.

The two perform at 7:30 p.m. today through Sunday in the Starlite Theater at the Riviera, 2901 Las Vegas Blvd. South. Tickets are $51.95-$73.95; call 794-9433.
